The registration section of the Academic Affairs office is in
charge of undergraduate and graduate student enrollment, grades,
major conversion, registration, declaration of multiple majors
and minors, and admission.
For foreign students, the "Application
Form" for admission should be sent to the following address.

(A) Programs and Courses
NHLUE provides four-year undergraduate study programs, MA programs,
and ph D programs.
(B) Credit transfer and exemptions
Credits earned in a prior college or university can be transferred
once an applicant's request is approved by the department of
intended major. Courses from a prior graduate school may be
transferred once the applicant's request is approved by the
department or graduate institute of intended major.
(C) Grades and Academic Standards
The college's grading system is based on a 100-point scale.
For undergraduates, the minimum passing grade is 60; for graduate
students, it is 70. No credits are earned if a student receives
a failing grade in a course. At least 128 course credits are
required in order to earn a bachelor's degree. Master's and
Doctoral degrees require the completion of thirty-two credits
and eighteen credits respectively.
